    Howdy!
    She looks Pre-Mattel to me too.
    I have two PM Sams and they have that face cut.
    Also, and most important, if the seller is accurate in her description of neck marks (yup! I am insane about the topic!) the "artist mark" by her ear is definitely a Pre Mattel item.
